Berhampur (Odisha), Aug 17 (ANI): An 18-year-old artist, Dilip Maharana built a miniature version of Puri’s Jagannatha Temple. Dilip hails from Behrampur, Ganjam district told ANI that it took 1.5 months to build the artwork.
