Die Standentwicklung ist die perfekte Art der Entwicklung für alle Schwarz-/Weiß-Filme, bei denen man vielleicht nicht so genau belichtet hat. Die hohe Verdünnung und die lange Entwicklungszeit sorgen für eine ausgeglichene Filmentwicklung, erzeugen aber bei vielen Filmen starkes Korn.
