Harley Hicks was named ASA Teacher of the Year at the ASA Aquatics Awards 2016. This year Harley successfully managed the Swim London Programme for GLL. His commitment to taking young adults from non-traditional swimming backgrounds, building their water confidence and teaching them to swim has been second to none. He motivates and engages teachers, volunteers and participants alike. Harley is now an ASA tutor delivering Level 1 and 2 Teaching Aquatics courses. He not only teaches and coaches for Tritons Swim School, but also develops and mentors new teachers, lifeguards and coaches.
