ASA's video: Hatfield Swimming Club win Club of the Year ASA Aquatics Awards 2016

Hatfield Swimming Club were named ASA Club of the Year at the ASA Aquatics Awards 2016. Following the appointment of former three-time Olympian Janko Gojkovic as Director of Swimming and Head Coach in September 2015, Hatfield Swimming Club has enjoyed a hugely successful year with some notable achievements at national, regional and county events. In 2016 the club has overhauled its squad structure to create a more performance-focused environment for the club’s most able swimmers and to fast-track talented youngsters. The club has strengthened its coaching team and also achieved swim21 accreditation. Hatfield is now in the process of forming a network with other leading clubs both in the region and nationally. The club has seen a considerable increase in new members in recent months and secured a new pool space in order to provide for its ongoing expansion.
