Up to 100 Players are dropped into a fully open 8x8km island, where they must fight each other until only one player/team remains alive. Players begin the match without any items, but can search to find weapons, vehicles, and gear. In order to speed up the match, the battlefield will begin to shrink, forcing players to encounter other hostile players while trying to stay within the shrinking safe area.
