AV TV's video: R30 Zeus Solo-Tank SM S02

@R30 Zeus Solo-Tank (SM S02)
Full guide: https://forums.daybreakgames.com/dcuo/index.php?threads/survival-mode-made-easy-tips-tricks-tactics-and-quick-reference-to-help-you-succeed.302536/ TIL he can transition from ranged taps to a hammer toss in an instant while he passed from my LoS behind a statue. One of the only times he's managed to hit me with his hammer toss but he sure earned it there @_@ Note: The reason I activate LPW when I do there is because you lose the option when it the timer runs out, even if the cog is still salvagable. Since Low had just been interrupted and was in an Arc, it was the most conservative play to guarantee nothing could go wrong (and because it was early I knew I'd have it off CD again anyways). If you try to save LPW for only the times where things look unrecoverable they're generally still unrecoverable. We initially wanted to do a more face-tanky matador-style approach in the center of the room but every once in a while his ranged taps would bug out and ignore shields + 1-shot me (normally I can eat 3-4 of them no problem regardless of shield level but sometimes one would drop me with full mitigation, including Event Horizon + Mass Density, and it made no gd sense). It was doable (we had him down to 25% multiple times) but it was annoying and ultimately heavily RNG due to the tap silliness so we decided to just do it the simple way. Done with two tanks, it would be pretty hard to lose this fight as long as the Zeus tank kept a safe distance and reacted accordingly. We originally thought the no-weapon Effigy thing was a cheese bug but the window on proccing it is so massive I think it's actually intended behaviour. You basically have to intentionally wait a very long time to pull the Effigies for them to draw their weapons (and if a group is built correctly it has little impact either way)8. In this run, three were weaponless so for an example of how we handled them regularly see https://youtu.be/4orsBorjj38. Undeniably runs this in partial tank gear and holds hate on them while DPSing while Aim holds them back with Lasso. Alternatively, a Lasso player can drag the adds along the inner circle slightly ahead of the tank (this is so the add isn't blocking the tank from targetting Zeus for critical taunts but is also in range to be taunted if needed). It's also possible for the tank to just hold the adds but it's very hard that way, as they constantly block targetting from reaching Zeus at safe ranges.
