Despite the fast animation, we still only want to be taunting when it's guaranteed the boss can't retaliate in the first place, Ie. it's not a substitute for actually mastering boss behaviour; 2. It's range limited, meaning we have to spend more time/effort moving around to use it, especially on Freeze and Zeus, and it's ultimately less safe; 3. It's not a pull, so it can't proc Dilustel Refractor; 4. It's ST, so on Freeze/Zeus we have to cast it twice to hold multiple targets where Inescapable & Snowball are both AoE; and 5. It basically doesn't serve much of a purpose outside of 2-tank builds due to being a priority taunt, making it kinda a crutch.
