Hij was eerder te zien in onder andere de musicals Saturday Night Fever, Zorro, Petticoat,Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, High School Musical, Hair - De Musical, Boléro, Pigment en Fame. Afgelopen seizoen speelde hij in de reizende theaterproductie Aspects of Love. Nu is Roman te zien in de nieuwe Dinnershow ‘Pandora’ van RTL Entertainment in Studio 21.
