Homemade Toilet Cleaning Fizzies | Toilet Bombs | Disinfects Deodorizes Removes Hard Water Stains Drop 1 or 2 in the toilet bowl then let them do their work. You can easily disinfect your toilet with this simple recipe. Ingredients: Baking soda :5o grams (1.76 oz) Citric acid: 25 grams (0.88 oz) Dish liquid: 1 teaspoon Lavender essential oil : 15 drops The baking soda is a mild abrasive and the citric acid helps remove hard water stains and calcium deposits. Add baking soda and citric acid to a bowl. Mix with lavender essential oil until all the clumps are broken up. Then add dish liquid slowly in two parts. We don't want it to get too wet because that will activate the baking soda and the citric acid, causing it to foam up in the mixing bowl. If it gets too wet and fully activates in the mixing bowl, then it won't react and fizz in the toilet bowl, which is where we want it to be fizzy and foamy. After all mixed well fill your silicone mold with the mixture. Press it down really hard. Then let it sit for at least 6 hours preferably 1 day depending on your room temperature.Keep them in an airtight glass container. That's it. They all are ready to use.
