Ingredients:
1. Oil - 2 tbsp
2. 2 medium-sized chopped onions
3. 2 small-sized chopped tomatoes
4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
5. Mutton - 1/2 kg
6. Aachi curry masala - 25 gms
7. Salt - to taste
8. Water - as required
Recipe:
1. Take 1/2 kg mutton and wash it thoroughly with water and turmeric.
2. Pressure cook mutton for 4 to 6 whistles.
3. In a Kadai, take 2 tbsp of edible oil, add 2 medium-sized chopped onions, and 1 tbsp of Aachi ginger garlic paste. Fry till light golden brown.
4. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and saute well.
5. Now add the pressure-cooked mutton followed by 25 gms of Aachi curry masala.
6. Saute it for 2 minutes and add the required quantity of water and salt.
7. When the gravy thickens, add coriander leaves and serve hot.
