Recipe: Tamarind Rice - Aachi Tamarind Rice Powder
Ingredients:
1. Aachi Tamarind Rice Powder - 40g
2. Cooked White Rice - 400g
3. Oil - As Required
4. Mustard - As Required
5. Urad Dal - As Required
6. Dry Chillies - As Required
7. Curry Leaves - As Required
8. Salt - As Required
Cooking Direction to prepare Tamarid Rice:
1. Take 400g of cooked rice.
2. In edible oil fry mustard. urad dhal, curry leaves and red chillies.
3. Add 400g cooked rice and 40g Aachi Tamarind Rice Powder.
4. Add required salt and mix well. keep aside for 15 minutes.
5. Tasty Tamarind Rice is ready to serve.

Recipe: Lemon Rice - Aachi Lemon Rice Powder
Ingredients:
1. Aachi lemon rice powder - 50g
2. Cooked White Rice - 500g
3. Mustard - As Required
4. Curry Leaves - As Required
5. Green Chilli - As Required
6. Aachi Asafoetida - As Required
7. Oil - As Required
8. Salt - As Required
Cooking Direction to prepare Lemon Rice:
1. Saute Mustad, 2-3 Green Chillies and Curry Leaves in 50ml Edible Oil
2. To This, Add 50g of Aachi Lemon Rice Powder and make a Paste.
3. Add required salt to the paste and mix well in 500g of cooked rice. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
4. Tasty Lemon Rice is ready to serve.

Recipe : Tomato Rice - Aachi Tomato Rice
Ingredients:
1. Aachi Tomato Rice Power - 25g
2. Cooked White Rice - 400g
3. Mustard - As Required
4. Curry Leaves - As Required
5. Dried Red Chillies - As Required
6. Chopped Onion - 1
7. Oil - As Required
8. Salt - As Required
Cooking Direction to prepare Tomato Rice
1. Make a paste of 25g of Aachi Tomato Rice Powder with water and keep aside.
2. Fry Mustard, Red Chillies, Curry Leaves and 1 Chopped Onion in 50ml Edible Oil.
3. Add Prepared Paste to it, Cook till oil gets seperated.
4. Add 400g of cooked rice. Mix well and serve.
