Recipe
Ingredients:
Aachi Biryani Masala - 25g
Oil - 100ml
Ghee - 1tbsp
Onion - 100g
Tomatoes - 100g
Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbsp
Curd - 100g
Lemon Juice (1 Lemon)
Salt - As Required
Basmati Rice - 250g
Mutton - 500g
Water - 500ml
Mint Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Cooking Direction:
1. Take a pressure cooker, heat 100ml of oil and 1 tbsp of Aachi Ghee. Add 100g Sliced Onion and saute till golden brown.
2. Add 1 Tbsp of Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste and saute till raw smell goes off. Add 500g Cleaned Mutton and Saute till its color get changed.
3. Add 100g chopped tomato and saute, Add 25g Aachi Biryani Masala and Saute Well.
4. Add 100g Curd & 1 Lemon's Juice and add required salt. Add 500ml water and allow it to boil.
5. Add 250g Basamati Rice and mix well. Add Mint and Coriander Leaves and cook for 4 whistles.
6. Open once pressure settles and serve hot with onion raita.
