Ingredients chicken ( చికెన్ ) - ½ kg onion ( ఉల్లిపాయ ) - 1 green chilli ( మిర్చి ) - 2 tomato ( టొమాటో ) - 1 Ginger garlic paste ( అల్లం వెల్లుల్లి పేస్ట్ ) - 2 tbsp sambar powder ( సాంబార్ పొడి ) - 2 tbsp red chilli powder ( కారం ) - 4 tbsp coriander leaves curry leaves mint leaves coriander powder ( దనియ పొడి) - 2 tbsp lemon ( నిమ్మకాయ ) - 1 Salt ( తగినంత ఉప్పు ) water ( నీళ్లు ) - 3 glasses oil ( నూనే ) - 3 tbsp turmeric powder Add salt and cook to prevent chicken from smelling.Then put a bani and add three spoons of oil in it. Heat the oil and crush four garlic cloves.Then add coriander to mint curry and fry well.Then add the pre-cooked chicken pieces.Then add ginger garlic paste, mix well and cook for one to two minutes.Then add coriander powder, Salt, sambar and mix well.Then add water, lemon juice, mix well, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.After the chicken is softened, add all the water, add some curry powder and mix well.
