Enjoying 4th year, still learning as much as possible while taking as much responsibility for my patients as possible. Coming up with decent plans and working on ERAS. I did medical intensive care unit at the start of 4th year and learned to put some peripheral ultrasound-guided IV's as well as a femoral vas cath, maternal child health sub-internship 2nd rotation where I got to do more deliveries, lac repair, and assist on cesarean sections and currently doing an outpatient pediatric rotation in an underserved area where I get to practice my Spanish and pediatric physical exam, differentials, treatment plans! I am mostly just slumbering now to come out with Family Medicine Residency content! Have a few ideas once ERAS (residency app) is submitted.
