A year ago this month we started our response to COVID-19. Who would have thought we would still be on an emergency footing twelve months on?  Across Health & Social Care our professional lives have never been so stretched. Not one part of our service, not one member of staff has not been impacted by the toll of COVID-19. Many of us are doing different jobs, some of us are doing the same job but in vastly different circumstances. Some of us have been working at home whilst juggling home-schooling, others of us have been out in all weathers keeping people safe and cared for, each and every one of you a vital cog in keeping the wheel of care turning. And it is taking its toll. We are all tired.  But there is light at the end of the tunnel and we must do what we can to keep ourselves well both physically and emotionally. So, please where you think it will be helpful use the links and resources in this newsletter to help yourself stay well.  Your wellbeing is our priority and if you are struggling please reach out to your team or line manager for support.
