Loco - RPM WAP-7 HOG Location - Chengannur Railway Station 16301/02 Trivandrum Central - Shoranur Junction Venad Express gets brand new lhb coaches. It is the first intercity train from Kerala to get LHBified. Unique ICF-CBC rakes were introduced one year back, but the jerking problem and other issues made the arrival of LHB Coaches. The train has 22 coaches - 2 EOG, 1 AC chair car, 15 chair cars, 3 general compartments and 1 AC Hot Buffet car.
