On your fat loss journey as you become lean you tend to slow down on losing fat . Especially the stubborn fat in your lower abdomen , lower back and love handles tends to go in the last. There is a reason for it. When we talk about fat loss we mean Lipolysis. Lipolysis is the process through which fat cells release fatty acids in the blood stream and then you burn those fatty acids. Now there are 2 kinds of receptors on your fat cells. 1. Alpha receptors 2. Beta receptors The areas in your body which have more than f beta receptors, you can lose fat fast from those areas. Increase frequency of abs training - By training your abs frequently 2-3 times a week you can increase blood flow in your lower abs and lower belly area which helps to lose belly fat and stubborn fat fast. 3. Cardio after Abs training - After abs training there is improve in blood flow in abdominal region which can help releasing fatty acids in blood stream. By doing low intensity cardio training for 20-30 mins post abs workout you can burn those free fatty acids and get rid of stubborn lower belly fat and lower back fat. 4.
