And now that the Hindi trailer of the film has hit the internet, we realise we got way more than we asked for. Big B not only voicing a giant, but a Bhojpuri speaking one. Yep! We did not see that coming. The trailer rolls out quite the way you’d’ expect. Amitabh’s deep baritone voice matching perfectly to the giant in the film. And when least expected it, there it is. A Bhojpuri speaking giant. We bet you cannot watch the trailer only once. It’s hilarious and AWESOME at the same time to have character speak a regional language. Can we say we are more excited for the movie now? Pari’s voices for the 12 year old character names Sophie. You won’t believe what commendable job she does with the voice modulation. A round of applause for the two actors. Consider us there in the theater. The actress decided to take up the part as she loved the character and it will be her first Hollywood project. And BFG, Big Friendly Giant, becomes Bade Farishte Ji. The film is about the friendship between an elderly giant and an orphan girl, who is kidnapped by the giant. They set out on an adventure to capture the evil, man-eating giants who have been invading the human world. The film stars Mark Rylance who won this year’s Oscar for the Best Supporting Actor for his role in Bridge of Spies, in the title role, and Ruby Barnhill, who plays the little girl. Reliance Entertainment has a Pan India release for this friendly giant movie in 4 languages – English, Hindi, Tamil & Telugu. The movie is all set to release in India on 22nd July, 2016.
