So it's time that his big hit is now being re-released in new 24 Bit HD masters, as Accuface is gradually re-releasing his complete discography as a fresh remaster as part of the transition from the closed Tunnel Records label to his own Metrophonic Resistance. Besides the fact that “Red Sky” now sounds better than ever before – this release contains all versions ever produced. Also formerly unreleased ones from 2001 to 2007. "Red Sky" has experienced an interesting evolution as a song. It first appeared on the famous Tunnel Trance Force compilation back in 2001. In the same year Accuface was the focus of the German hard trance scene with his single "Let Your Mind Fly" on Sony Music's Dance Division. In 2002 "Red Sky" was released as the second part of a Double-A-side of his "Journey into Sound" vinyl – with focus on the latter one. One day in spring 2002 Marlon (aka Accuface) received an urgent call from his former label Tunnel Records saying: “You have to send as a Radio Edit of “Red Sky” as soon as you can!” I said: “Why?”- The answer was that Bass-T (RIP) requested it for the upcoming “Future Trance”-compilation. The biggest Dance Compilation back in the days! And it became part of the next edition. Six years later with the new upcoming trend of Jumpstyle Marlon decided recreate it. Quote: “Jumpstyle to me sounded not sooooo new as they all celebrated it. The main character was a distorted kick. I used exactly that already on my first vinyl “On your own” back in 1995. So I picked “Red Sky” to make a Jumpstyle version out of it.” And it worked out extremely well- with female vocals it was released on vinyl with the extraordinarily successful Pete Sheppibone mix, which became soon also a popular track in Australia where the Melbourne Shuffle scene (a modification of the Jumpstyle dance) embosomed it. The newly released single "Red Sky (Remastered)" contains all versions of the song - even the very original Tunnel Trance Force version from 2001 for the first time ever in full length and also the Original Maxi Version from 2002 that had never been released digitally before. All songs have been optimized by Accuface himself who meanwhile became a proverbial master in mastering skills in his Sonic Art Music mastering studio. Accuface - "Red Sky (Remastered)" is now available in all download shops and streaming services via the Metrophonic Resistance label!
