Ada Pasternak Music's video: Ada - Lonely little Painting Tiny Desk 2017

I was staying at a friends grandparents house in Ocean City Maryland for the weekend and while my friend was watching TV downstairs, I was upstairs sitting in a chair in the corner of the room. There were paintings everywhere in the house. I had the Violin in my hand (without the bow) and looked up to find a charming little painting above my head. It was separated from all the other paintings in the room. Looking at the painting, I found myself strumming an A minor chord and within about 3 minutes the song was born. I'm not sure I realized it at the time, but perhaps the lonely little painting was a metaphor for me and how I was feeling that night.
