Badr Hari has signed a one year contract with the K-1. The organization from Japan makes a strong comeback, after a tough year in 2011 with a few events, and now they want the best fighters participating on the biggest platform of kickboxing. And that includes Badr Hari too. The intention of this contract is that Badr Hari fights three more times for the organization from Japan and then he makes a switch to boxing. His return to kickboxing is partly due to the fact that Badr Hari never won the prestigious K-1 World Grand Prix Title and the K-1 is offering him a chance to win it as well. That's a title wich is still missing and the one he really wants to add to his impressive records. And of course the money offered him by the K-1 was also a factor to compete and reconsider his choice to make a switch to boxing or wait for one year. Good news for the fans is that he choose for K-1. The winner of the K-1 World Grand Prix Title, that probably will be held in December this year, can win a cheque with an amount of $ 1.000.000,00.
