One can take this route to bypass Diamond Harbour while going to or from Bakhali / Gangasagar, this will save around 45 minutes to 1 hour. However, road condition is not good, especially between Usthi and Hatuganj. One needs to take the left fork while coming from Behala/Amtala Side for Usthi and take right from Usthi more/crossing then take the Left turn towards Netra.
