Basic Biryani Masala Powder Preparation: There are various ways you can make Biryani Masala Powder. This preparation which i have shown in the video is so simple. Biryani Masala powder can be used for the preparation of Biryani as well as Pulav. This masala powder enhances the flavor of the rice. It is so simple to make in home. Ingredients: Cumin Seeds: 2 table spoons Coriander seeds : 2 table spoons Black pepper: 2 table spoons Black cardamom: 2 table spoons Cloves: 2 table spoons Mace or Javithri: 2 table spoons or 10 mace Cinnamon sticks : small inch cinnamon sticks 8 Green cardamom : 2 table spoons Nutmegs: 2 to 3 pieces Star anise: 10 Black cumin seeds/Shah jeera: 2 table spoons Direction: Coarsely blend these whole masala according the quantities mentioned in the ingredients.
