Información sobre el montaje de vía en placa en el tramo Pedralba-Taboadela de la LAV Madrid Galicia. Salvar las dificultades orográficas de esta parte de la línea, mediante túneles y viaductos, ha sido todo un reto de ingeniería que ha llevado a una situación particular: el 72% de toda la vía a montar (124 de 173 km) se debe realizar en placa, frente al tradicional montaje de vía sobre balasto.
