BUT this is quite special because for the first time ever this Tattoo Expo has been held in Sikkim where so many amazing tattoo artist around the world was present under the same roof. In fact this kind of expo is first in the entire north-east region and whole credit goes to the first ever professional tattoo artist of Sikkim Mr. Mridul Wangdi Bhutia, owner of MW Tattoo Studio Gangtok. He is the man behind the conceptualization of this entire program.
