This is a chance for you to go inside, and open up. We are going to work today on opening your shoulders and chest, as well as a bit of back strengthening to support the work of expanding. If you work at a computer or sit at a desk, this class is for you! It will help you find opening your shoulders and chest are asking you for. There are two props needed for class today: a yoga blanket and a yoga strap. However, you can use a cushion or a regular blanket to sit on, a a belt or tie or a belt from a bathrobe would work in place of the strap.
