This class starts slowly as we gently open up and prepare to sit and meditate for roughly 15 minutes. This is a chance for you to look inside and see what's going on once the dust bunnies have been cleared away. I recommend having a blanket or cushion to sit on. You don't need an "official yoga prop" — whatever you have that works is great.
