Check out my yoga pose breakdown video for Upavista Konasana, also known as Seated Straddle Pose. In this video I walk you through a step-by-step guide for this pose, which, from my experience, students can either do with very little trouble, or else, like me, it is pose you feel you'll never become comfortable in. In this video I recommend you have a yoga blanket (or a cushion, or whatever you have around) to sit on when practicing.
