Today we are working on completing four rounds of exercise for time with the Navy Fitness Sasebo COFIT-19 Challenge. Simple and straight forward, just try to complete the circuit in the best time possible. The circuit looks something like this: 9 - Bicep Curls 9 - Plank Alternating Arm Extensions Per Side (18 Total) 18 - Bicycles Per Side (36 Total) 72 - Line Jumps or Jump Rope I complete my circuits at about 12 minutes.
