There is something special about antiques and what that style brings to a home. It is an acquired taste. Something unique happens when a piece is preserved, studied, kept as a relic and passed down from generation to generation. I think antiques speak in a way that is a little mysterious as our eyes see an object old and worn and our heart feels it with a new sense. Pairing old with new is a particular style.
