Dan Quinn is back and he needs help. Dan wants the Mayor of Tijuana, Jorge Hank Rhon to invest money into his soon to be 'PURE H2O' operation. Dan wants the mayor to fund the construction of Giant Blenders to wash toxins out of water. He promises Hank that if he joins the fight to save this planet that not only will he become the Richest man in Mexico, but all Cats in Tijuana will have priority and be the first cats in the world (besides Peachy) to look Perfect and be healthy. All this somehow is gonna lead to Dan Quinn sitting down with President Obama to secure the release of Mark Brannon from federal prison. Enjoy!
