In this Video I am Show you About Making of Kurkure At Home Ingredients 1 cup Poha Flour 2 tsp Besan flour 1 tsp Corn flour ½ tbsp Jeera powder ½ tsp Chaat Masala 1 tsp red chilli power Salt Oil Method - Gring Poha to a smooth powder - Add Besan to it and mix well - Take a pan and heat the water with salt(as per your taste) and Jeera powder let the water boil. - Once the water starts boiling, turn off the stove. Now add the flour in the water while stirring it with the other hand. - When the dough is ready, leave it for 5 mins to swell up. - Take the dough out on a plate and spread it to cool down. - Add corn flour in the dough to make it hard, also it will make kurkure crunchy. - Once the dough cools down, Take a little amount of oil in your hand start kneading it with your hand. Take a small quantity of dough, roll it with fingers and increase their length. - Heat the oil in the pan, the oil should be medium hot. Start frying when the oil is medium hot, the flame should be medium too.
