In this Video I am Show you About Making of Rava Kheer Ingredients 2 tbsp Ghee 10-12 Cashews 8-10 Raisins 50g Rava 2 Glass Milk 100g Sugar 2 Cardamom Powder 5-10 Almonds Method first heat 2 tbsp ghee in kadai. Add 10-12 Cashews, 8-10 Raisins and roast till golden brown. Further add 50g Rava and roast till it turn aromatic. make sure to roast on low flame. transfer to a plate and keep aside. now add add in 2 glass milk. boil it and add 100g Sugar. Stir well and make sure the kheer should be thick slightly.
