In this Video I am Show you About Making of Chicken Pepper Dry Ingredients ½ kg chicken, cleaned and cut into medium sized pieces 1 big sized Onion, finely chopped 5-6 curry leaves 3 green chilli 1½ tbsp ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp Cumin 1 ½ tbsp Pepper ½ Turmeric Powder ½ Red chilli Powder 1tbsp Lemon juice Salt Oil Ghee Method Firstly, Roast Coriander seeds, cumin and Pepper in a Pan Grind to a fine powder Further, Take Chicken and add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, roasted pepper powder and lemon mix it and marinate it for 1 hour Then heat 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp ghee 1 finely chopped onion 5-6 curry leaves 3 green chilli 1½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste sauté well until golden brown Then add marinated chicken to it add salt and roasted pepper powder to it Boil it for 7-8 minutes and suate it, heat for 5 mins Finally, add coriander leaves.
