Ingredients 1 small bowl sabudana 7-8 housr soaked 1 small potatoes, boiled and Smashed ½ bowl peanuts, roasted and crushed 2 green chilli, finely chopped 1 bowl few coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds salt to taste, oil for roasting Method firstly, in a large bowl, take sabudana. soak in enough water for overnight or atleast 7-8 hours. in a large mixing bowl, take soaked and drained sabudana. then mash two boiled potatoes. now add roasted and crushed peanuts. also add finely chopped chilli and coriander leaves. Then, add cumin seeds and some salt to taste. And mix well with your hand. If required you may add some water. now take a small ball of dough and start patting over oiled plastic sheet or banana leaf. grease the tava with oil and gently drop the sheet upside down over the hot tava. after few seconds, peal off the sheet slowly without breaking thalipeeth.
