In this Video I am Show you About Making of Aloo Sandwich. Ingredients 3 potato / aloo 2 onion, finely chopped 1capsicum, finely chopped 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala ½ tsp salt 4 slices bread, 2 tbsp tomato sauce 2 tbsp green chutney 1 block cheese, grated butter for roasting Method: Mash/grate the boiled potatoes and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion and capsicum fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt, mix it and fry it for a minute on low flame. Add grated/mashed potatoes, fry it for a minute on low flame. Add coriander leaves, fry it on medium flame, keep stirring. Take four bread slices and apply green chutney on one side of two bread slices. Apply tomato sauce on one side of remaining two bread slices. Add Cheese on the mixture You may apply little butter/ghee on fry pan. Roast the sandwich on both sides and cut it diagonally.
