Ancak 1930’lardan itibaren alınan ve her bir depremin ardından güncellenen tedbirler sayesinde, 2010 tarihli 8,8 büyüklüğündeki mega deprem bile “az hasarla” atlatıldı. Şili bununla da yetinmedi, 2010’dan da dersler çıkardı. Dünyanın en tehlikeli deprem kuşağında kurulu ülke, yurttaşlarını afet riskinden nasıl koruyor? Depreme dirençli bir ülke nasıl olunuyor?
