Ingredients: - For making Vada we need : White urad dal - 1/2 cup - For making Curd water / Buttermilk we need : Curd - 1 cup Water - 1 glass Fresh mint leaves - (6 - 8 leaves ) Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds - 12 tsp Black salt - 1/2 tbsp ( or add as per taste ) Chopped onion - 1 ( Medium ) - for garnishing Aloo bhujia ( For garnishing ) cumin & coriander powder - A pinch - For making Potato gravy / Alu Dum we need : Boiled potato - 2 ( Medium ) - Cut into big square size Chopped onion - 1 ( Big ) Chopped tomato - 2 ( Medium ) Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Dry red chilli - 2 Cinnamon stick - 1 Bay leaf - 2 Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Water - 1/2 glass ( Or add as per the required gravy consistency ) oil - ( 2 - 3 tbsp ) salt - as per taste.
