Airborne Lemming's video: Editors - Interview with Musical Express Russia August 2013

Give 'em a couple of glasses of wine and just let 'em roll. Here's Ed and Justin being interviewed backstage during Editors' three gig odyssey in Russia in Late August 2013. There's some fascinating tidbits in amongst the chatter, including the revelation that at that time Justin had never heard the live version of Two Hearted Spider with Chris involved. So if he wasn't using that as any kind of reference point, it would naturally lead to the question of whether or not he heard the version recorded during the Flood sessions prior to the band reworking that track for TWOYL. Maybe the band just went into the studio with a demo from Tom that they'd perhaps tried to work from the first time around with Chris, and just took that in a different direction from scratch? We also learn about the nicknames within the band, the possibility of them doing a political record, and what essential items Russell neglected to bring on tour this time around.
