-- The event was Snipe-O-Rama, held by the Black Thorn Airsoft group. To those curious, I think I may need to clarify for those who actually read any of this. Airsoft Utah and ilikeairsoft.com are not affiliated with any airsoft team or group, we are a small collective that like to play airsoft and create airsoft related videos, we also like to play quite a bit with BTA. Now that this is clearer than mud. In the video we find K-factor searching for his sniping home. He explains a little to us the viewer about what his methods are, but he can't explain them all, they are his secrets. So the rest of the time we watch him, observing a bit of his technique here and there, maybe perceiving his patience watching his movements. This year our annual sniper game attracted over sixty players and as always it was a pleasure having you all there! Additional and special thanks for all of your patience during the moose encounter. Just after the start of the second game of the day, four of us were just moving out when we nearly ran into a moose cow and her calf. We had to move players off the field and call out the hidden snipers before EVER SO CAREFULLY coaxing Mrs. Moose to take here babe and move on. With luck Sparky got some great footage! The games: Game 1) BTA's usual Two-Team Team Death Match to get everyone accustomed to the field and warmed up for the days games. Game 2) SNIPE-O-RAMA Round-1: Two teams did battle to eliminate each other while snipers stalked the field. The first two snipers out were eliminated from the competition. Game 3) SNIPE-O-RAMA Round-2: Eight teams of at least five members wearing balloons had to patrol a road twice while snipers tried to pop their specific balloon color. Two snipers eliminated their targets. Game 4) SNIPE-O-RAMA Round-3: in the final round, the two successful snipers from round two along with two spotters each had to approach a defended clearing and eliminate their own colored balloons to reveal poker chips inside. After a few pitched battles, with minutes to spare, Redneck moved in close and eliminated two balloons for victory! It was hot, we shot and were shot, snipers were sneaky, and there was even a moose! By the time we were done we had a winner!
