My brunch babes, this one’s for you so make sure to save it! 🥂⁠ ⁠ I love a mimosa, if you watch my stories on weekends, you already know this! 😅⁠ ⁠ And I’m all about a seasonal cocktails, so let’s put a little spin on our fav with this Cinnamon Spice Apple Cider Mimosa. It’s super simple to make:⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ - Cinnamon Spice Apple Cider (I bought mine from ACME, regular apple cider is fine too if you can’t find it)⁠ - Prosecco (I used Freixenet)⁠ - Caramel Sauce ⁠ - Cinnamon⁠ - Brown Sugar⁠ - Rosemary Sprigs⁠ ⁠ Directions:⁠ Start by lining your rim with the caramel sauce—I suggest a very thin layer because it can drip. Then dip the rim in a mixture of both brown sugar and cinnamon.⁠ ⁠ Pour in the apple cider—I like a “light-skinned” mimosa (aka one that’s stronger) so I usually fill up 1/3 of my glass with the cinnamon spice apple cider. Then, pour in the prosecco up to the top. ⁠ ⁠ Top with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy! ✨⁠ ⁠ *Non-alcoholic? No problem! Sub the prosecco with sparkling cider!
