They are part of subtle social fabric which will certainly evolve but may be with a lot of conscious thought. It’s not enough that we say boys and girls are equal, its important to show it with our behavior too. Gender roles are inculcated very early in the lives of children. Its about time we treat all genders with equality. This will need to start within families and then get carried over to the schools, colleges, work places.
