Alay Shah's video: I got injured while doing lat pull down

@I got injured while doing lat pull down !!!
I never thought that even an exercise like lat pulldown could cause a serious injury. Getting injured during deadlifts, bench press, or squats is something we’ve all heard of at some point, but during a lat pulldown? How? Last Sunday, it was my back and biceps session. After a proper warmup, I completed three sets of bent-over rows. Then, I moved on to lat pulldowns. The first set went smoothly, but during the second set, while I was controlling the weights on the negative, at that very moment, there was a sudden twitch, and my right trap lost control. Pain started spreading across my traps, upper back, and shoulders. By the time I got home, it had intensified. Back injuries are tough—they hurt even when you breathe, let alone doing any other movement. I visited a physio, took therapy, and I’m on the road to recovery now. I’ve kept my diet and protein intake consistent. Training my upper body efficiently isn’t possible at the moment, but I’m giving my lower body 100% focus. Injuries are part of the game. Far worse things happen in life. But in the end, what matters is how quickly and strongly you get back up.
