Exercise 1️⃣ : Ine Arm Dumbbell Rowing
- Targeted Muscle : Lats (Horizontal Pull)
- 3 Working set (rep range 10-12)
Exercise 2️⃣ : Lat PULL Down
- Targeted Muscle : Lats (Vertical Pull)
- 3 Working set (rep range 10-12)
Exercise 3️⃣ : Cable Rows (Wide grip)
- Targeted Muscle : Upper Back (Flared Elbow)
- 3 Working set (rep range 10-12)
- Partial Reps at end
Exercise 4️⃣ : Rack Pulls
- Targeted Muscle : Back/ Lower Back/ Traps
- 3 Working set (rep range 6-8)
