Fat loss Journey from 15% - 8% Bodyfat in Just 75 days
On 15 May 2024 my weight was around 71.6 kgs with 15.2% of bodyfat. That was end of my bulk.
Phase 1 of fat loss: As my maintenece calories was around 2200 at that time. i continued following same calories and added 10k steps into my routine
- Reason behind it was to eat same calories to maintain strength and burn 250-300 calories with steps to enter in deficit.
Phase 2 of fat loss: I reduced 10% of calories which was 200 calories drop from 2200 = 2000 calories and continued with same steps count.
Phase 3 of fat loss: I reduced 10% of more calories which was 200 calories drop from 2000 = 1800 calories and continued with 11k steps count.
Through out the process i reduced calories slowly to manage calories, strength in gym which eventually helped me maintaining my muscle mass.
And 140 grams of protein intake that was 2x my bodyweight.
Any one can do fat loss with simple principles that i followed.
