Alay Shah's video: Should you take Creatine on rest days

@Should you take Creatine on rest days?
Should You Take Creatine on Rest Days ?👇🏻 Creatine is a compound that is naturally present in our bodies, but in very small amounts. Taking extra creatine through supplementation increases ATP regeneration, allowing you to lift heavier weights in the gym, which ultimately leads to muscle growth. But should you take creatine on rest days? Creatine is not like a pre-workout supplement that provides immediate effects that you can feel within 30-40 minutes. When you start taking creatine, it gradually saturates in your muscles, and it takes at least 2-4 weeks to feel its actual effects in your body. This is why it’s important to take creatine on rest days as well, so that your muscle stores remain fully saturated. This ensures that when you resume training, your body can utilize creatine as a source of energy.🔑 Skipping creatine on rest days would decrease the saturation level in your muscles, which would then need to be replenished when you start taking it again. So, skipping it doesn’t make any sense.
