Segundo encuentro sincrónico del curso "Python desde Cero" dictado para estudiantes del Concurso Nacional de Programación liderado por FEDESOFT. En este segundo encuentro profundizamos en el tema de los ciclos en Python, vimos el uso de la instrucción break y continuo. También analizamos en profundidad el funcionamiento de un contador vs un acumulador y realizamos ejercicios de ciclos anidados para hallar las tablas de multiplicar sin utilizar el operador '*' sino usando sumas acumulativas y de igual forma hicimos la división mediante restas sucesivas, incluso con precisión decimal
