Yangon's Sule Pagoda (Sule Paya) is located in a traffic circle in the heart of downtown Yangon. The stupa is over 2,000-years old and stands at 145 ft. (44 m) tall. It serves as a helpful landmark to get your bearings when exploring downtown Yangon. It’s open 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and the entrance fee is 3000 kyat (pronounced “chat”) or about $2.25 USD. Not as tall or well-known as Shwedagon Pagoda, but still worth a visit.
