Alice Christine's video: Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief Who s To Say

Maaan, Percy Jackson was nine kinds of awesome. New favorite kids movie after my FAVORITE kids book series. I was not disappointed despite the changes, hopefully neither were any of you. So, I "found" the film online, and because it's my sister's birthday, I felt like I should vid something extra special for the occasion. (Happy 21st, then!) I was originally going to make a full version of my Heroes & Thieves vidlet, but I wanted to do something new, so I chose a different song/theme for the video. What is that theme? Not *exactly* sure, haha. There's definitely a Percy/Annabeth undertone in there, but it's also kind of about how Percy feels a disconnect from all his parental figures because 1) his mother kept his past from him, 2) his father abandoned him, in a way, and 3) Gabe's just an all-around jerkass. So I thought this song carried both his resentment and his friendship with Annabeth and Grover. But mostly Annabeth, haha. And I love how it says, "Jupiter shines so bright when you're around". Cause Zeus is Jupiter, haha (I'm a nerd).
