Officially known as The Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge, this classic Las Vegas diner is located directly across from Resorts World Las Vegas on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant is often acclaimed as one of the best places to eat in Las Vegas, due to its extensive late night menu and iconic status as a legendary hangout for celebrities like Frank Sinatra and Debbie Reynolds. The menu is famed for its breakfast foods like the Maserati Omelet and French Toast Ambrosia, but on this visit we were craving steak. We ordered the New York Steak and Fettuccine ($47), the Ribeye Steak ($44), and a Strawberry Daiquiri ($15).
